Dr. Alice Caldwell, Music Director:Â Alice Caldwell became Music Director of Our Saviour's in 2005. She credits the music program of her childhood church, Our Savior's Lutheran of Glen Head (Long Island), N.Y., as the inspiration for her career. Alice attended Oberlin (Ohio) College Conservatory of Music, majoring in organ performance and music history, and earned her Ph.D. in musicology at New York University, specializing in music of the Moravian Church in Europe and North America. Later she studied music education at the Hartt School of the University of Hartford, and now teaches pre-K through grade 4 general music at Redding Elementary School, and continues her research and writing in musicology. She lives in Easton with husband Bob Marzik and son Tim Marzik.

Michelle Doran, Administrator:Â Michelle A. Doran is our new Office Administrator as of October 2021. Stop by the church office and introduce yourself to her. Michelle has a Masters of Science in Cyber Security, and resides in Stratford, CT with her husband, Steven. She served in the United States Army from 2006-2013 and has administrative experience working with several non-profits in our area.
Louise Calabro, Nursery Caregiver:Â Louise Calabro, a certified pre-school educator from Stratford, joined the staff of Our Saviourâs in 2009. She previously taught nursery and pre-school for 25 years. Caring also for the sick and elderly, Louise has been a âfriendly visitorâ at The Jewish Home for the Elderly, Fairfield, and a chaplainâs assistant at St. Vincentâs Medical Center, Bridgeport. She also was commissioned a lay servant leader in the Episcopal Diocese of Hartford after completing a two-year ministry education program, and is currently studying to be a chaplain in the clinical pastoral education program at Griffin Hospital, Derby. Married to Roy, Louise is a mother of two grown children, and a grandmother of two.

Dave Arana, Sexton:Â Dave Arana has been the Sexton of Our Saviourâs since 2000, responsible for the care and upkeep of the church property on a part-time basis. Born in the Bronx, Dave has lived in Bridgeport since the early 1960s, where he attends Prince of Peace, an Assemblies of God church. An early bird, Dave usually cleans the church in the wee hours.
